RESPONSIBILITIES:       

• Be accountable
• Arrive to work on time
• Must be able to work their assigned schedule with no interruptions
• Unload brick from a kiln car and load into a jig
• Work together as a group to complete the set number of cars per each shift
• Clean up the area at the end of the shift
• Assist in stocking the area of essential working items as necessary, other assigned duties

EDUCATION:                     

• High school

WORK EXPERIENCE:      

• Block or Brick laying
• Mechanical skills
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team

SKILLS REQUIRED:         

• Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to work safely and efficiently
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team
