Responsibilities

Serve as production artist for print and digital projects. Responsible for preparing files for reprints, consisting of revising existing templates under very tight timelines. Help organize and manage digital assets related to print and digital products, including tagging and uploading assets into digital asset management (DAM) systems.

• Fulfill roles and responsibilities of a production artist
• Work to support the internal product archive for accessible storage of designed products
• Assist and collaborate with senior art director on design projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Graphic design degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a production artist in publishing, print and digital
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
• Understanding of basic offset and digital print methods
• Attention to detail a must. Strong design skills a plus
• Dependability and thoroughness. You should enjoy the nitty-gritty details of design production
• Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Quark Xpress, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, PowerPoint, and Word
