Grocery Store Manager Assistant jobs in Mississippi

The required qualifications for "Grocery Store Manager in Training" :

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a retail grocery store setting (store manager or assistant store manager)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management
- Experience in pricing strategies and grocery store operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Applicants should be organized and have excellent people skills, successful store sales experience, stellar customer service history, and a positive attitude! Brooks Grocery is a family-owned business with a Tennessee store in Chapel Hill and Mississippi stores in Iuka and Tupelo. This job will require travel to each of these stores and will not be based in a single store. Relocation assistance is available if needed for this position.

Other duties and requirements will be discussed at interview. Pay based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
