Job Responsibilities:

• Research competitor retail pricing.
• Execute duties on the timeline assigned by the Manager or Team Lead.
• Replenish inventories to fully stocked conditions as needed.
• Maintain an excellent work environment by keeping shelves, display cases and workstations clean and organized.
• Removing any unsellable products. .
• Receive product in accordance with company delivery protocol.
• Create signs & labels according to Discount Freight & Grocery standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the production process.
• Safely and efficiently operate a manual and electric pallet jack.
• Promote a culture of safety by leading, teaching and reinforcing all company safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Experience / Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Independent Judgement:

• Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needed assessments. Uses judgment to achieve desired results while conforming to company standards. Makes constructive recommendations that may affect policies, procedures, and practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

We are family owned and operated and have been serving the area since 2008. Continuous growth allowed us to relocate in 2018 to Ozark, building a 30,000 sq. ft. retail store which serves more and more people every year! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
