Dakota Fluid Power, a Singer Industrial company, is looking for a General Manager to handle the day-to-day and strategic direction of the Dakota Fluid Power Company. Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day business operations.
• Collaborate with sales to meet corporate objectives and customer service expectations.
• Analyze processes, make recommendations for improvements, and eliminate waste.
• Responsible for performance evaluations and future development of team members.
• Partner with the recruiting to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Communicate with senior management for branch level needs on equipment, manpower and inventory.
• Coordinate with corporate to ensure the proper inventory levels and maintenance required for the branch.
• Ensure inventory cycle counting is maintained at an acceptable accuracy level.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or other equivalent experience.
• Experience with hose, rubber and/or fluid power distribution is preferred.
