We are currently seeking a Life Assistant to join our team. As a Life Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, organization, laundry, and even occasionally packing assistance in various facilities, including homes or commercial spaces. You must be able to complete tasks given to you; every home and list is different. You must be flexible, focused, and proficient at following instructions that the client is requesting and be timely while doing it. You must also be able to meet individual needs in commercial settings as well. This is a vital role in ensuring all of our clients receive top of the line care and service. Our mission is to “make busy lives simpler” and help meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation. We serve all over the area.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and other spaces
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, blinds, fans, baseboards, walls, and windowsills

• Complete all other required tasks requested by client, such as laundry, helping with packing, or organizing

• Make donation runs to nearest donation center for clients that get rid of things
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Adhere to all cleaning protocol and lists created for each client, in detail, to ensure satisfaction and excellent service

• Thorough understanding of how to organize, fold & put laundry away, pack moving boxes, and have confidence to perform other various tasks clients might request

Note: All positions must be paid, including training positions. New employees will go through 2-4 weeks of training to ensure proper understanding of expectations and standards in line with the company and clients.
