Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and skilled installer to complete projects with pride, to proper industry standards! Under our owner's direction, you will work alone and alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the projects on track.

Compensation : $50,000 / - depending upon experience

Responsibilities :

• Load, unload, and transfer tools and building materials such as lumber, tile, saws, sheetrock, grout, etc.
• Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
• Properly dispose of debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean and meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements
• Complete provided educational materials within a reasonable, agreed upon timeframe. Education materials are tile industry-specific and geared toward the proper installation of tile in specific areas
• Properly execute all aspects required for tile installation including waterproofing, floor leveling, etc.

Qualifications :

• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain
• Equivalent, GED, or high school diploma is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and / or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed
• Past construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment and the ability to understand blueprints and construction plans are required
