One of the leading providers of home healthcare services throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a Joint Commission accredited and Medicare/Medicaid Certified home health Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time Director of Nursing / Director of Patient Services position to directly manage the agency’s overall clinical activities. The DON/DPS will also be responsible for the supervision of field staff and clinical team, licensure and recruitment.
Director’s Responsibilities:
Oversight of office clinical activities, including but not limited to patient assessments, management of care plans, oversee all patient issues. Assures compliance with all local, state, federal and JCO regulations and laws
Qualifications:
A registered nurse with a current State of PA nursing license. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission, state and federal Regulations and requirements. Min.of 5 yrs. of clinical experience with at least half of that time working in home health or related health care organization, preferably in pediatrics.
