Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Provide security, check legal age, refuse entry for intoxicated persons, and deal with aggressive behavior or non-compliance with statutory and establishment rules.
Control the Crowd :
This begins with controlling the flow of traffic into the establishment. Use problem solving skills to settle disputes in a respectful manner and contact the authorities when a situation gets beyond your control.
Maintain a physical presence to deter potential troublemakers.
Check Identification :
Our security will be required to check IDs to determine legal age of customers, ensure that customers have the proper identification needed, and spotting fake IDs.
Ensure Security :
A huge part of security's responsibility is to ensure the safety of all patrons of the establishment. This may include denying entry to intoxicated or otherwise unruly patrons, requesting that an intoxicated and unruly patron leave the premises, and contacting the authorities to remove an unruly patron, if necessary.
Greet Customers :
Our security needs to be personable and friendly to guests who enter and leave the establishment and maintain a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere.
Communication :
Communication with other security staff, other Boiler Room employees, and management is also crucial to maintaining a safe environment.
