We use a scheduling system you will be given access to and be able to clock in/out right from an app on your phone. You will see all the details of jobs offered including pay, location, house details and next check in. All jobs must be completed between the hours of 10-4 pm, weekends are our busiest turnover days!

Cleaning Contractor- Short Term Rentals

Job Description:
Our company is a growing cleaning business looking for experienced and reliable cleaning contractors to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in the Upper peninsula area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning services to vacation rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively
• MUST be RELIABLE and hardworking
• Must have an eye for detail

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with paid home cleaning
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must have business liability insurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Experience as a 1099 cleaning contractor is a plus
