Position: Licensed Life & Health Producer - Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations to individuals and businesses.
• Explain various life and health insurance products and their benefits.
• Meet with clients to assess their life and health insurance needs.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for policy issuance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all forms and applications.
• Work with underwriters to assess risks and determine policy eligibility.
• Provide necessary information and documentation to underwriting teams.
• Educate clients about the features, terms, and conditions of various insurance products.
• Clearly explain policy benefits, coverage limits, and exclusions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage retention.
• Provide ongoing customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist clients in filing insurance claims when necessary.
• Coordinate with the claims department to ensure a smooth claims process.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Maintain the necessary licenses and certifications to sell life and health insurance.
• Engage in continuous education to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant data.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Attend industry events and participate in networking activities.
• Adhere to ethical standards and conduct business with integrity.
• Ensure that all sales practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Life and Health licensed
• Insurance experience

Pay: $58,354.34 - $70,276.20 per year
