Responsibilities Responsible for leadership of Senior Account Managers, Account Mangers, and administrative support staff Provide technical accounting and regulatory guidance to staff Responsible for quality control, whether through direct review of staff work, or implementation of peer-review processes Responsible for assigning workload and clients to staff Responsible for Client Financial Statement production and review and ensuring timely delivery Responsible for Compliance filings and ensuring client and regulatory deadlines met – this includes Premium Tax Filings, Audit, Actuarial, Annual Reports, NAIC and State filings and other required reports. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Responsible for ensuring client profitability, recommending pricing adjustments based on scope of work Embody a strong commitment to service excellence, emulate behaviors to coach and train employees to fully embrace. Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus (Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA).
