The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for the financial performance, operational deployment, and evaluation of all revenue cycle activities, including billing, cash posting, follow-up, collections, and revenue cycle reporting. As part of this role, the Revenue Cycle Manager will be tasked with implementing systems, policies, and procedures that enhance the efficiency of Charlie Health's revenue reconciliation, building a high-performing team alongside the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, and partnering with the Finance team to ensure the company maintains market-leading collections and strong financial results.

Additional Information
The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
