- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic planning and financial goal-setting aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities in the medical industry.
- Financial Oversight: You'll be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and adherence to financial regulations specific to the medical industry.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations, ensuring that the organization's financial practices comply with healthcare and financial regulations.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for and manage financial audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is Required
- Minimum of 3 years' Financial Analysis Experience
- MBA, or CPA Preferred
- Experience working in the medical industry is highly preferred
- Experience presenting and advising on the Financial of an organization to business leaders
