The Healthcare Marketing Coordinator, National Sponsorships and Ambassador Program - Remote must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail. The ability to operate on a highly tactical level is required for this position. This role reports to the Marketing Program Manager, National Sponsorships and Ambassador Program.

Support community partnership and sponsorship strategy and tactical execution
• Perform administrative tasks for the marketing team to include, but not limited to, event logistics, booking travel, expense reports, invoicing, organization of data for quarterly reporting, contract management
• Travel to and provide on-site support at community events and conferences across the United States (approximately 5 events per year)
• Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, patient brand ambassadors and internal team members
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, clinical and marketing to help the broader team achieve their goals
• Identify new opportunities to leverage community sponsorships and brand ambassador activities to elevate the brand
• Collaborate with creative team to design promotional materials to support community sponsorships and ambassador program

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel nationally to events, 5 to 10% travel.
• 1 marketing, community relations, PR experience required
• Experience in a healthcare setting, medical device or related industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Interested in the latest trends and best practices in program development specific to brand ambassador programs and community sponsorships.
• Ability to measure and report on program goals and metrics.
• Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
• Brand messaging and content oversight.
• Experience with online project management tools, like Monday.com, for task management and collaboration.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Flexibility to transition quickly and seamlessly between projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

Pay range of $62,000 to $77,000 annually annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
