Description
This position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for our Healthcare division. This includes scheduling internal meetings, importing in awarded jobs, creating network job folders & maintaining documents within them, preparing purchase requisitions to secure materials, track material, and communicate professionally with coworkers & customers. The coordinator will be responsible for handling customer calls/emails who are requesting parts orders.
