Healthcare Sales/Marketing Coordinator jobs in Pennsylvania

Description

This position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for our Healthcare division. This includes scheduling internal meetings, importing in awarded jobs, creating network job folders & maintaining documents within them, preparing purchase requisitions to secure materials, track material, and communicate professionally with coworkers & customers. The coordinator will be responsible for handling customer calls/emails who are requesting parts orders. 

Requirements

General Responsibility Description

• Interface with ASCC employees & customers
• Schedule/Facilitate Kick off Meetings for new jobs
• Import in new awarded jobs and close the out jobs when completed
• Provide support to Project Managers, Sales, Engineering & Technicians
• Run & update various reports
• Maintain proper project files on our network
• Quote & Process Parts only orders
• Email welcome letter, Project Acceptance Form & job close out to customers
• Request Subcontractor paperwork
• Create new service “sites” in ComputerEase if needed
• Email customer surveys when closing out jobs
• Produce billing documents for accounting to invoice projects
• Create packing slips for material being delivered to customers
• Process Change Orders for jobs
• Monitor jobs costs
• Review material pull requests for jobs
• Create )&M manuals
• Assist Service Dept as needed (create service work orders)
