Healthcare Sales/Marketing Manager directs sales and marketing activities a healthcare organization. To be a Healthcare Sales/Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all personnel policies, wage and salary administration, benefit management, recruitment, and employee relations for the critical access network. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee the department financial budgets, establish goals and standards, and develop procedures implemented systematically.
What's Needed to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field
- Prior working experience in healthcare human resources
- Understanding of rural healthcare settings
