We are looking for a full-time, permanent Heavy Equipment Operator. You will be working with a team that oversees environmental remediation tasks such as excavation, demolition, and general construction projects. The right candidate will have some experience in either the oil and gas sector, roustabout crews, or working on excavation sites.
For this position, we are only accepting applicants who are North Dakota residents.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
· You will need experience running Heavy Equipment such as a Backhoe, Loader, Grader, Scraper, Bulldozer, Skid Steer, Tractor, and other pieces of heavy equipment.
· You will be conducting environmental remediation tasks such as excavation, demolition, and general construction projects.
· Knowledge of equipment basics such as mechanics, maintenance, and storage.
· Understanding of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
· Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
· Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
· Time management skills.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Must be able to work overtime as needed.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
· Ability to push and pull loads up to 45 lbs.
· If you have your CDL, you will have to follow the regulations as per the DOT.
