6-month contract
Job Description:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users for computers, networks, and related hardware/software
- Tasks include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving end-user help requests
- On and offboarding support
- Customer service and troubleshooting
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Develop help sheets and FAQs for end-users
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring computer workstation performance
Required Skills:
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and directed
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
