ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Perform on-site heavy equipment operations which involves positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders
· Loading, extracting and transporting materials including molten steel
· Handling components, modules and systems of heavy equipment
· Converting heavy equipment with various mobile accessories
· Observing relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations
· Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to supervisor; clean equipment
· Maintain and protect all property
· Maintain all required certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs
· Provide outstanding customer service operations
· Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
EDUCATION
· High School Diploma or GED
· Vocational training as heavy equipment operator
· Phoenix on-site training as required
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Demonstrated experience in operating front loaders, haul trucks, skid loaders, etc.
· Ability and willingness to operate trucks and varoius transportation equipment
· Demonstrated experienced as an operator
· Able to lift up to 40lbs
· Experience with and knowledge of technical equipment and machinery
· Results orientated/Strong work ethic
· Must work flexible hours and shift work
· Reliability, enthusiasm, teamwork
Mandatory weekly am and pm rotating schedule
