We are looking for a:

Hot Melt Operator

General Summary:

We are looking for a Hot Melt Operator. This position will be responsible for producing coated materials according to specifications, monitoring its quality, and organizing work prior to die cut on all hot melt machines. We seek candidates who are responsible for maintaining the Client's quality standards and requirements in all aspects and performance of the position.

Required Skills:

Must be able to operate and maneuver a pallet jack

Organizational, time management, and attention to detail.

Ability to work and communicate well as a team to ensure production goals are met.

Able to use and read measurement tools

Able to be in constant motion and lift up to 35lbs

Responsibilities:

Setup and Operation: Perform setups according to procedures. Select and maintain proper glue pots, release paper, and adhesives.

Material and Process Management- Read, interpret, and verify materials against process schedules and routing sheets for correct production.

Quality Control and Documentation- Monitor product quality, ensure accurate production records and properly label and stage completed products.

Maintenance and Cleanliness- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring raw materials are staged and the workspace is organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Salary

$20.60/hr.
