Duties:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff

- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping management, or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and hotel standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
