Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Assistant Housekeeping Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager manages a shift of the Housekeeping staff to assure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for management of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the resort.

Interviews, trains and schedules the staff. Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
