Shalom House, Inc. is seeking a Property Management Director who will join us in our mission to provide community-based mental health services and quality housing to adults living with a severe mental illness. The Property Management Director is a member of the Shalom House Director’s Team, Leadership Team and attends Board of Directors and Housing Committee meetings.
The Property Management Director is responsible for providing direction to Property Management leadership to ensure that the affordable housing and residential real estate portfolio for Shalom House Inc. and related entities are in compliance with lending/funding requirements, safety and building codes, and maintained in good repair.
The Property Management Director supervises and works in partnership with the Property Manager who oversees all tenant occupancy matters, fiscal operations, as well as short-term maintenance and long-term capital improvements of the Shalom House, Inc. real estate portfolio.
This position provides Agency representation and collaboration at regularly scheduled housing related meetings, as well as with DHHS, Maine State Housing Authority (Maine Housing) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) partners.
Oversees all new affordable housing development for Agency in conjunction with outside consultants.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility in scheduling; one evening per month for Board meeting, external committee meetings to be determined.
Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
