HR Works is supporting our client, a manufacturing company in Rochester, NY, with its search for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This is a hybrid opportunity, with one day remote, and has a compensation range of $85,000-$92,000.
The Role:
The HRBP provides comprehensive HR support to staff, including but not limited to employee relations, investigations, compliance, retention, engagement, policy and procedure development, and training. There is a primary emphasis on recruitment, performance management, and employee development. The HRBP will work closely with managers to provide ongoing guidance in creating and maintaining an atmosphere that attracts and retains a high-performing workforce. The HRBP will additionally work on a number of exciting projects that focus on continuous improvement of the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have strong attention to detail, demonstrated excellence in internal customer service, and a strong desire to learn and grow their HR skills.
