The Staffing Analyst will support the administrative needs of the recruiting team, including ownership of the staffing documentation process.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the administrative needs of recruiters, including document management and follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to data entry standards and practices.
• Identify process improvement areas and solutions.
• Report on recruiting metrics that improve hiring efficacy and demonstrate ROI, including time to fill and pipeline evaluation; work with staffing team to determine areas of improvement.
• Assist campus sourcing project and associated tasks.
• Perform other HR assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in staffing with global technology companies and complex data environments.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite, particularly with Excel.
• Self-starting, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to facilitate interaction with all levels of management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin speaking and writing.
