Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in mining operations.
  
• Extensive experience in underground mining, equipment maintenance, community relations, plant management, hydro metallurgy, and exploitation geology.
  
• Hands-on leadership style and the ability to adapt to a challenging high-altitude environment.
