Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction : Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication.

Problem Resolution : Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications :
