Customer Service / Call Center Reps Needed!

Our client, located in Minnetonka, MN, is looking for multiple sales driven individuals to join their team.

Flexible hours with great pay and bonus potential. This is a work from home once training in completed on site .

Pay : $16 / Hour Bonus

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Monday - Friday. You pick your schedule every 2 weeks. Must work a minimum of 30 hours a week

Job Duties / Description :

• Generate leads by means of proactive outbound calls
• Make contact with 10-15 decision makers per hour.
• Use scripting consistently.
• Make notes of all customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet department standards.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Requirements :

• High School and or GED equivalent
• 1-2-year experience preferred not required
• Must be able to train on site for about 4 weeks.
• Quite work area at home
• Must pass background check
