We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Department team who will share our Company values.

- Supports and implements the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of the HRIS systems, as well as their integration with other HR systems where possible;
- Develops and maintains procedures and workflows for key HR processes and system transactions;
- Provides transactional support for HR processes to ensure critical deadlines are met;
- Analyzes system issues and provides system and process recommendations. Implements solutions;
- Partners with HR management team to create standard and ad hoc queries and/or reports;
- Works closely with internal teams to optimize system capability, simplify processes, and support users;
- Performs audits to ensure compliance and integrity of HR data;
- Supports the payroll team with reconciliations for payroll, tax, and benefits;
- Supports the Director of Payroll/Benefits/HRIS in understanding and analyzing organizational needs, while leading process and system improvement initiatives;
- Provides direction and coaching to end users and prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
- College degree in administration or related field is preferred;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or management of an HRIS;
- Experience with the UKG system is required;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data;
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proven customer service skills;
- Ability to prioritize assignments and provide quality results on schedule or even ahead of schedule;
- Ability to adapt quickly to change;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills are a strong asset, specifically in Excel and knowledge of BI.
