HRIS Analyst

Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a direct hire HRIS Analyst role. This is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting successful HRIS implementation or a similar change initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary functional and technical support of HR applications, including security access, maintenance, administration, and systems integrity
• Support the adoption, implementation, and enhancements of the new HR Information System.
• Lead projects around upgrades and configuration changes to align with business needs.
• Configure Workday modules to meet business needs, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence Management
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Identify and develop key business reporting and management dashboards for HR leadership
• Provide technical training and support, trouble shooting, and guidance to HR team and other users
• Develop business process documents, user procedures, training materials, and user guides
• Maintain current knowledge of privacy laws such as HIPAA and GDPR and ensure data is protected

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in HR or HRIS systems
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM
• Familiarity with reporting tools and HR data flow
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, security, and data integrity
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data
