Responsibilities

• Lead and guide employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on human capital to the senior management team.
• Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to ensure consistency across the organization and complement existing practices.
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to optimize cost efficiencies and retain top talent.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current HR landscape, including policies, procedures, systems, and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR transformation, outlining key initiatives and timelines.
• Implement new HR programs, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
• Monitor and measure the impact of HR initiatives, gathering feedback to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR management or consulting, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
