As our HR generalist, you will make a big impact on our organization by running the daily functions of the human resource department for the agency and its subsidiary companies with a strong emphasis on recruiting and onboarding staff to support the agency's growth.

- You love to engage and collaborate with a team and grow personally and professionally.
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
- Executing the marketing and recruiting process to staff the agency with candidates who align with the company culture, vision, mission, core values, and job description.
- Onboarding new hires ensuring pre-employment requirements and onboarding requirements are complete.
- Overseeing the personal care aide school operations, recruitment, and onboarding process for PCA students, communicating with the program teachers and outside organization so that the school runs smoothly.
- Conducts payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
- Performing general HR functions
- 3 Years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- 3 Years of experience working in a recruiting role.
- 3 Years of work experience in human resources knowing various employment laws and practices.
