• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees
• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
• Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
• Conduct new-employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Oversee exit interviews and recommend changes
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
