Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Summary: This position is responsible for tracking and oversight of Harmony reports as they relate to the Service Plan Authorization Unit to include: Late/Expired Service Plans, Requests for additional Case Management Units, Verification & Resolution of Duplicate Online ADvantage Applications for Members already on the ADvantage program, Automatic Denial of service plans not meeting ADvantage program policy requirements and other tasks as assigned.

Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience with ADvantage Program and/or the Harmony system.
NECESSARY CONNECTIVITY
Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer.
Must have stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hot spot) for telework or will be required to work in office.
