We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor/Lead Technician to join our team in Ocean Springs, MS. This role will be responsible for overseeing field operations, developing a team of technicians, and ensuring the successful completion of service projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a service technician, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
