Hydraulic Technician, Sr. troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services all hydraulic machines, systems, and components. Communicates findings and recommendations to customer and supervisor. Being a Hydraulic Technician, Sr. must be proficient at handling cylinders, pumps, motor and valve components, and with advanced hydraulic systems. Utilizes available resources to conduct technical research. Additionally, Hydraulic Technician, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hydraulic Technician, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
