Your Job Phillips-Medisize in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our team. Our Team Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries What You Will Do

• Maintain and update data in ERP system; Audit work order documentation
• Maintain records, documentation, and manuals for specific departments
• Spare parts inventory management
• Provide cost / data analysis
• Communicate with suppliers when placing orders and requesting quotations
• Support continuous improvement activities Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• 1 years' experience in an administrative role
• Experience with Microsoft Word (Ex : Document creation / editing) and Microsoft Excel (Ex : formatting cells, formulas, tables / graphs / charts) What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience with quoting
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.
