Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises inbound contact center agents and operations focusing on selling products or services. Monitors metrics and targets for service volume, sales, and timeliness. Being an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor responds to escalated calls with remedies or solutions. Implements sales and product training to update staff on product and service offerings, customer response standards, scripts, operational policies, and procedures. Additionally, Inbound Contact Center Supervisor prepares staff work schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate training. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     JOB SUMMARY

    Assist in leading, supporting, coaching, and developing Contact Center representatives to ensure that they understand and meet expectations by building necessary skills and knowledge to better support our Customers and Members.

    Qualified applicants must be communicative, attentive, energetic, a motivator, and a leader.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Prepare Contact Center Representatives to make reservations and respond to customer questions and complaints and resolve issues.
    • Ensure agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
    • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and take corrective action, if necessary.
    • Provide helpful feedback and positive communication to motivate agents.
    • Anticipate escalation and take over calls as needed.
    • Monitor call queue and keep agents aware of calls waiting, abandonment rate, and other daily call center related metrics.

    REQUIREMENTS

    High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to work weekends and on weekday evenings. Three to five years of supervisor experience within a customer service or call center environment with at-home and in office experience preferred.

    Qualified applicants must have experience in supervising project and team activities. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

    Ability to lead people to accomplish objectives is essential. Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
