Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This director provides strategy and direction to an Information Technology (IT) division in support of stable technology solutions and services that facilitate business efficiencies. The person in this position leads teams in one or more specialization within Service Operations, Infrastructure and Applications. Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Optimize ongoing service delivery and program execution.
• Lead the continuous transformation of systems and processes in support of business objectives.
• Direct the development and execution of an annual operating and capital budget.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Requires at least 7 years experience as a manager.
• Must have a keen understanding of how IT supports business performance.
• Requires strong organizational skills and political acumen.
• Must be effective at managing teams through subordinate managers.
• Requires a broad awareness of emerging technology trend, service delivery, infrastructure and applications delivery.
• Executive communication expertise.
• Prefer strong financial and technical skills.
