Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. Being an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST analyzes business needs and contributes to the selection of IT hardware and software to support internal business processes. Maintains detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning and scheduling of IT initiatives. Additionally, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST installs and configures an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks and monitors network performance. Summary of Position
The Information Technology Generalist will be responsible for managing a broad range of
responsibilities supporting various components of the Coalition’s infrastructure and systems to
ensure smooth operations.

Technology Manager on day-to-day operations.
