INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST jobs in Nevada

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high-pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be a detailed task manager who is a creative problem solver. 

Responsibilities

·      Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a managed services technology provider.

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence.

·      Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations involving the CEO and other stakeholders.

·      Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and other documents for the CEO and the board of directors.

·      Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

·      Research, analyze, and summarize information and data for the CEO's decision making.

·      Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external contacts.

·      Anticipate and resolve issues and problems that may arise in the CEO's office.

·      Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office by implementing best practices and procedures.

Requirements

·      At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

·      Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

·      Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

·      High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

·      Knowledge of the managed services technology industry is a plus.
