INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST performs overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas. Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. Being an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST analyzes business needs and contributes to the selection of IT hardware and software to support internal business processes. Maintains detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning and scheduling of IT initiatives. Additionally, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GENERALIST installs and configures an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks and monitors network performance. Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data and ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are up to date. Requires a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities
· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of a managed services technology provider.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence.
· Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations involving the CEO and other stakeholders.
· Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and other documents for the CEO and the board of directors.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Research, analyze, and summarize information and data for the CEO's decision making.
· Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external contacts.
· Anticipate and resolve issues and problems that may arise in the CEO's office.
· Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office by implementing best practices and procedures.
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
· Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
· Knowledge of the managed services technology industry is a plus.
