Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to work alongside the Account Managers and shop personnel. As the inside sales representative you will be responsible for:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with maintenance personnel at our customers' manufacturing and power plants as well as talking with key procurement personnel in large centrally run corporations.

Must be able to work independently and show high initiative with minimal direction.
Desired Background
The ideal candidate will have a relevant college education in business, communications, or similar degree; a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalence is required.
1 year of experience in an inside sales or related role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Previous experience in the engineering field is strongly desired.
Job Shop Manufacturing, Construction, or related service industry experience as an inside sales representative.
1 year of ERP experience.
