Overview:
Customer Service Representative is the direct point of contact, or “front line,” to our customer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience for our customers while working in a fun & fast-paced work environment with excellent advancement opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Effectively manage customer inbound and outbound calls·
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience while communicating & assisting customers via phone and email regarding product stock status, pricing, & shipment information·
• Communicate with various factory customer service teams to track customer’s order status or obtain shipment tracking information. ·
• Keep detailed records of customer feedback through use of CRM platform
• Continued growth of product knowledge through manufacturer-supplied online training courses in order to provide a high level of customer service & product awareness.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1 years of customer service experience in an office setting environment, using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
• Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Reside within a commutable distance to our office located at: 5 Albertson Ave, Albertson NY 11507

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including entry-level positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
