    Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Pioneer Industrial Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service within the industrial supply sector. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn about our products, engage with customers, and contribute to the success of our sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    1) Customer Engagement:

    • Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels to promote our products and services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized solutions.
    • Assist the inside sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and product information

    2) Sales Support:

    • Follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers.
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

    3) Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations as needed.
    • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
