Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager jobs in Idaho
Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager manages the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Coordinates the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager provides and evaluates training for installation and maintenance technicians. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are looking for small business owners (1099) skilled in the Audio Video world to assist
Installation Nation with transporting and installing audio video equipment in residential customer's home. To include, but not limited to, TV, sound bar and smart home theatre installation and mounting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in this role, strong interpersonal skills and an interest in working in a residential setting.Responsibilities:
- Be able to pass background check and be authorized to work in the US,
- Provide your own tools and transportation
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through high quality service
- Be able to represent yourself in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handling and lifting of parts or materials minimum of 75 lbs lifting/carrying and 70 lbs pushing/pulling

- Test and adjust audio systems.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning AV equipment.
- Organize cables and wiring for optimum efficiency.
Pay:
Pay terms are net 21, and a rate sheet is attached to this advertisement.
