Duties

• Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
• Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, and develops activity financial plan and operating budgets to include Capital Purchase and Minor Construction.
• Performs minor maintenance on facilities and equipment. Prepares work orders for out-sourced maintenance. Performs general housekeeping and ensure areas are ready for use.
• Oversees the daily golf course maintenance program including, but not limited to, mowing practices, irrigation, corrective and preventive chemical applications, and fertilization of necessary areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a DOD Pest Management Certificate within first year.
