We are looking to add a Full - Time Business Assistant to our team here at Steckbeck Family Dentistry to help us continue our tradition of providing the highest quality patient care available.

Dr. Steckbeck and the team are committed to the health of our patients and to making the experience of going to the dentist a positive one for everyone we serve.

Steckbeck Family Dentistry operates on Monday & Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and Thursday from 7 AM to 1 PM.

As a Business Assistant, you will:

• Greet visitors and patients entering the practice and alert appropriate staff of patient arrivals
• Answer the telephone, route calls, provide information and take messages in accordance with practice procedures
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maximize patient care and reach practice profit target
• Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly calendar to meet the practice production and collection goals
• Communicate with patients regarding financial options and reconcile financial records by receiving and recording patient payments
• Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferably have previous experience with Accounts Receivable
