As a Packaging Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Packaging Maintenance Operator), you'll report to a maintenance supervisor and collaborate with all maintenance and production personnel. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting major packaging equipment problems, performing scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment, and developing and implementing new insights to drive productivity. You'll also ensure spare parts stocking levels are adequate and perform regular reviews of machine performance.
