Department's Website:

• Ph.D, M.D., or equivalent required.

• Arkansas medical licensure.

• Successful completion in a pediatric residency program.

• Focused training in Cardiology.

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

• Attend inpatient morning report each morning.

• Organize Pediatric Interest Group (PedsIG) events.

• Attend and participate in one of the class retreats.

• Serve as ward attending for up to four weeks on one of the general ward teams.

• Develop a master schedule with the incoming chiefs for the next year.

• Participate in various committees and attend and participate in House Staff Office meetings.

• Participate in one scholarly activity of your choice throughout the year.

• Attend regularly at Grand Rounds.

• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the needs of the children of Arkansas are being met.
